Rhythm was sadly lacking as the Somersault cameras captured some of the Worcester Warriors rugby team trying out the latest fitness craze of Bokwa. The premiership players were on hand to try out the facilities at the brand new David Lloyd Leisure club in Worcester, which has been built right next to their home stadium. After playing a spot of tennis and lifting some weights in the gym, the players and Warriors mascot, Maximus, were taken out of their comfort zone by attempting a high energy Bokwa class. The new fitness craze involves drawing letters and numbers with your feet to music, and the players were put through their paces by Bokwa instructor, Jo Gaze. The guys clearly enjoyed themselves and their antics will be played out on the clubs big screens during half time of their game versus London Welsh. You can take a look at the finished video below:
